Developing High-Performance Creative Organizations

One of the main take a ways from this lecture was the concept of idea-cide and how to avoid it.  I realized that I am unintentionally guilty of this crime against innovation.  Something as simple as changing the way that a question is answered can mean the difference of  the instant death of an idea or  giving an idea a chance to blossom another day. In the future I will try to answer people with statements that encourage research or re-imagination, instead of statements that can be construed as demeaning or result in the instant shut down the idea.
