Fear
The first step in fostering, nourishing, and protecting
innovation was something that I could really relate to. One of the biggest reasons I often hesitate
to speak, is fear. Fear of ridicule for
a bad idea stops the flow of all ideas and potentially will cause a loss of
GREAT ideas.
It is important to
foster a safe environment when you have the power to do so.
